I came in looking for prices on a refrigerator and Al was very helpful with the information. I told him I was shopping around and he let me know they can match prices which he did. This is the 2nd item I buy from PC Richards from Al, and have been very happy with his customer service. I recommend you come here for your future purchases.
I chose to drive to the North Haven location (2 locations are closer to me) to do my Black Friday shopping. My past experiences have been great and so was yesterday. All the staff was polite from top to bottom. The manager Kyle was a delight, helping me with everything from picking out appliances to even taking them out to my car for me. I always recommend PC Richards North Haven to friends and family.
Both Al and Kyle were super knowledgeable walking my fiancé and I through their mattress selection. We were walked through all deflections and given precise insight about each selection. I’ve been to many locations that sold mattresses; this by far has been the best experience. I did not feel overwhelmed at all. Everyone there were pleasant and super polite! I’ll be back soon! And the deal was amazing...
Kyle and the team at this store are incredible. It really does feel like a mom & pop store so you get the personal attention and they still have great prices. They also didn't try to up-sell more expensive products and understood what would be best for me. I will definitely go back to this store the next time I need an appliance. It was a wonderful experience.
Initially we came in looking for a gopro and ended up with an amazing mattress. AI was very knowledgeable and courteous as he walked us through all the mattresses that PC Richards carried. As we narrowed down our final choices Al also helped us find the best mattress for our price point and made it even better with the help of Kyle, the store manager. All and all a great experience. Definitely a place that made you feel welcomed, wanted and like family.
